I have opera mini on my i860 cell phone and I want to use aim on my phone. Aimonpsp.com is too busy right now . Please list as many sites as you know that you can communicate with other aim users without having to download anything. I already know Ai-Buddy.com , Meebo, AimonPSP, Webaim, and aim express. Any else?

You can make AIM on your phone and all instant messages will go to your text inbox and you can reply to them. I've done it.
There is also a way to see who is online. They have all the text numbers that you text to on the aim mobile site somewhere
