Does Christine sing in the wistle register in Phantom of the Opera? Like in the theme song? Or any song for that matter.

In the song "The Phantom of the Opera", Christine sings a cadenza that ends on high E natural after a bunch of sustained high C's...If you call the whistle register anything above C- then I would say yes...

no, I don't think so. That's opera, it's another genre of music, maybe that's why you think it's whistle. ;) Christine (well, Sarah Brightman - which plays her role) is a soprano, she sings really high, but not in whistle.
